Why Get a Home Inspection?

Whether you are buying or selling, a home is an investment that likely involves the most money you will ever commit to a single transaction. It’s important to understand the ‘physical condition’ of that investment in order to make sound decisions regarding your purchase. An ACE inspection will increase your knowledge of the property and reduce your anxiety by arming you with information you’ll need to make informed decisions.

About our Home Inspection Report:

The most important part of any home inspection program is the report. Our reports are picture perfect! Clear, concise, and easy to read. Digital Pictures give a clear visual reference to important items. Reports are generated in Adobe's PDF format, optimized to create small file sizes and either emailed or uploaded to a secure site where they can be retrieved at any time from any location that has internet service. You can also designate others such as your agent, to access the reports online as well.

Of course, our clients can choose to have their reports mailed or delivered hard copy instead of digital delivery should they so desire.
